A company is looking for an Account Support Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
• Coordinate and oversee tow operations in multiple regions

Required Qualifications:
• 2-3 years' experience in customer support or similar role
• Familiarity with smartphone technology and web-based applications preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Motivated to learn and takes initiative
