Key Responsibilities:
• Managing customer relationships and providing sales support
• Assisting with lead generation activities and validating closed opportunities in CRM
• Networking with customers to promote upgrades and requests

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of previous sales experience
• 2 years of experience in a Sales Support role
• Success in supporting new sales and quota attainment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
