A company is looking for a Wholesale Agency Support Specialist in three locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries from partner agents via phone and email
• Document all interactions in CRM and policy administration systems
• Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill agent requests and exchange knowledge
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years' experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM platforms
• Comfortable with new technology and quick to learn new systems
• Remote hires must have reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
