About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our technical support team as a Technical Support Specialist. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others resolve technical issues.

Day-to-day responsibilities
• Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist customers with installation, configuration, and setup of software applications.
• Document and escalate more complex issues to senior support specialists or developers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve product functionality and resolve recurring issues.

About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-oriented with a positive, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues is a plus.
