Job Description

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
• Learn the ins and outs of the application
• Be the first point of contact with customers over email and phone
• Answer customers in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner

Required Qualifications:
• At least 1-year experience working in customer service
• Technically Savvy
• Great multitasking and workload management skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Experience providing phone support is a plus
