Job Description

A company is looking for an Ops Mgmt Analyst for a remote position in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage work order and HVAC Preventative Maintenance for multiple locations
• Coordinate with vendors, Property Managers, and clients to ensure service delivery
• Assist in systems administration, generate reports, and troubleshoot client inquiries

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
• Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations
