A company is looking for an Insurance Operations Analyst in Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own regular metric review cadences - WBR, MBR, & QBR for supported teams
• Lead initiatives to drive efficiency and improve quality across insurance teams
• Develop, document, and implement XFN processes/process improvement

Required Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Analytics, or Program Management
• Experience in project management, process design & improvement, or business operations
• Highly organized, growth mentality, and thrives in an unstructured environment
• High degree of ownership and accountability
• Consulting experience is a bonus
