A company is looking for a Sr. Telecom Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily operation, support, projects, and enhancements for multiple technology platforms
• Work closely with various stakeholders to propose innovative technologies and improvements
• Maintain expert-level understanding of applications, telecommunications, and data system integration

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in complex telecommunications environments
• NICE CXone Administration and Scripting experience
• CCNA-Voice or CCNA-Collaboration experience preferred
• Advanced technical expertise in telecommunication systems and management
