The UX Director is responsible for leading a highly cross-functional team in facilitating the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products. Manage brand assets, work with marketing & take care of various design needs web, app & print. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
• Manage Radian directs product assignments and prioritization, inclusive of oversight on User Research, Testing, and Design. Train, coach & create job growth paths.
• Execute on the client vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Facilitate the effectiveness of new and existing features by leading user research studies and usability testing and interpreting analytical data.
• Research emerging trends in UX design, sharing with Radian UX Team and creating implementation roadmaps for all applications.
• Lead design reviews and provide critical feedback to leaders and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

Knowledge:
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and the Adobe Suite. Basic HTML, CSS, & Java Knowledge.
• Knowledge of design & dev best practices.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with Master's degree preferred.

Skills And Abilities
• Hands-on mastery of interaction design deliverables including concept diagrams, wireframes, prototypes (low/high fidelity).
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and designs around customer needs.
• Consult with key stakeholders on brand and design concepts.
• Fantastic organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Manage business conflict gracefully and in the correct setting.
• Consult with internal and external partners in an efficient and professional manner.
• Saavy in understanding the dynamics of running a business.

Additional Qualifications
• Present UX concepts effectively and flexibly to a varied audience.
• Build and maintain relationships with members of the Department, Leadership Team, Product owners, Content creators, Designers and Developers.
• Mortgage or Real Estate experience preferred.

Education, Certifications And Prior Work-Related Experience
• Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Degree Preferred: Master's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Work Experience: 8 or more years of prior work experience
