What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Proactively hunt and prospect for new business opportunities
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding unique needs and providing customized solutions pertaining to International Air Freight and Ocean Freight
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business prospects
• Close sales by effectively presenting value propositions, negotiating terms, and securing contracts
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for effective pipeline management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
• Proven track record in hunting and prospecting for new business
• Ability to successfully close sales and meet or exceed revenue growth and achieving targets
• Solid experience using a CRM system as well as MS Office Products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and successfully close deals
