About the Role:
β€’ ** Primary Task: Selling sponsorship packages to companies that want to reach nonprofit organizations and their employees.**
β€’ Training: Start with scheduling sales demo meetings with ideal prospects for our senior sales team. Post-training, take ownership of a territory, prospect, conduct sales demos, and close deals.
β€’ ** Compensation: Earn on successful completion of sales demo calls for qualified leads until you start earning your own commissions.**
β€’ Team: Be part of our international team of 20, with 7 core members working day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ ** Meeting and Exceeding Sales Quota: Achieve and surpass sales targets after sufficient training is completed.**
β€’ Prospecting: Identify decision-makers at for-profit companies that serve nonprofits.
β€’ ** Cold Contacting: Use email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and voicemails to generate interest and schedule demos.**
β€’ Demo Participation: Attend and learn from sales demonstrations with senior salespeople.
β€’ ** Follow-Up: Stay engaged with prospects post-demo, helping them through the sales process.**
β€’ Research: Continuously identify new companies and leads, adding them to our database.

What We’re Looking For:
β€’ Experience: 2-4 years of exceeding quotas in sales, with experience in cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and cold prospecting.
β€’ ** Skills: Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about sales. Comfortable with continuous follow-up and client engagement.**
β€’ Attitude: Energized by cold prospecting and love the thrill of hunting new business.

Additional Information:
