Position Overview

As the Client Solutions Principal, you will join our Sales Team, leveraging your expertise in selling technology solutions to drive our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Attending relevant events, networking, and conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

Originating and nurturing business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues to engage potential clients.

Presenting our client’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of prospects' senior executives.

Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.

Scoping projects, shaping engagements, and defining business solutions to meet clients’ needs and achieve desired outcomes.

Planning, implementing, and managing lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to achieve annual revenue targets and business goals.

Understanding and assisting in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.

Requirements

Sales Expertise : Passionate about selling technology solutions, with at least 3 years of relevant experience as a sales / client solutions agent.

Track Record : Demonstrated success in revenue generation, client retention, and achieving sales targets.

Marketing and Negotiation : Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques to drive successful client engagements.

Presentation Skills : Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.

Industry Experience : Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and / or services is highly desirable.

Language Skills : Native English speaker or bilingual proficiency in English.
