We connect jobseekers with career-boosting opportunities and support employers with affordable, tech-enabled recruitment solutions, including commission-only sales placement, job board promotions, and full-service recruitment with a 180-day guarantee.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account creation process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You may not create multiple accounts for malicious purposes or misrepresent your identity.
3. Use of Our Services
You agree to use PeopleTeam’s services only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
- Employers may post jobs, request placements, or participate in promotions or our affiliate program.
- Jobseekers may apply to jobs, request introductions, or opt into promotions or newsletters.
- Using bots or scraping data without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or reject content that violates these Terms.
4. Affiliate Program & Partner Content
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and our affiliate program guidelines. PeopleTeam is not responsible for false claims made by third parties promoting our services. Affiliate commissions are subject to eligibility and tracking conditions outlined in your agreement.
5. Job Posts & Application Data
- Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their job descriptions and hiring practices.
- PeopleTeam is not liable for any hiring decisions made by third-party companies.
- By submitting a resume or application, you consent to PeopleTeam storing and sharing your data with employers, in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The PeopleTeam Platform, including all code, branding, logos, graphics, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of PeopleTeam or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
PeopleTeam provides services "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees about job placement, candidate quality, or platform uptime.
In no event shall PeopleTeam be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.
9. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Our services are open to all, and we actively work to dismantle bias in hiring. Any discriminatory behavior, content, or hiring practices will result in removal from the Platform.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in courts located in San Francisco County, California.
